1) Return window

Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

3) Proof of purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

4) Partial refunds (if applicable)

Only partial refunds may be granted when:

  • A book shows obvious signs of use.

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl has been opened.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5) Refunds (if approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

6) Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

7) Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email jesushum1924@gmail.com and send your item to:

8) Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue the refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

9) How to return an item (RMA steps)

  1. Email jesushum1924@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide simple instructions.

  3. Ship your item to the address below. Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt.

10) Return shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost (if any prepaid label was provided) will be deducted from your refund.


(Optional for EU/UK customers) Right of withdrawal

If you sell to the EU/UK, insert this clause: Consumers in the EU/UK may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible online purchases. This does not apply to customized, sealed health/sanitary goods once unsealed, or digital downloads after access begins. To exercise this right, email us within 14 days of delivery.
